Are your site surveys and quotes really free?
Yes, with no obligation. We visit your property anywhere in Woking, West Byfleet, Guildford and the surrounding Surrey area, measure levels, check access and give you an itemised, fixed-price written quote.
Why choose porcelain over sandstone for a patio?
Vitrified porcelain absorbs less than 0.05% moisture, so damp, moss, barbecue fat and red wine can’t soak in. It is frost-proof, won’t fade in the sun and has an R11 anti-slip rating.
How do you stop driveways sinking on Surrey clay?
Clay swells and shrinks with the weather. We dig down to firm ground, lay a geotextile membrane to stop the clay mixing into the base, then compact at least 150mm of MOT Type 1 before any paving goes down.
